Bethany College announced the 202 2 Homecoming King and Queen on Friday, Oct. 21, after the annual Student Talent Show that marks the beginning of Homecoming activities every year. Avery Dauer, a Business Management senior from Lindsborg, Kan., was announced Homecoming Queen, and Zach Willard, a Business Management & Administration senior from Fort Worth, Texas, was announced Homecoming King.
"I am very appreciative of being selected as the 2022 Homecoming Queen! It was quite a shock for me! It helps me feel that my peers think I am doing well as student body president. I feel supported in all my work for Student Government Association (SGA) and my other involvements around campus," says Dauer.
Zachary Willard replied, "It's a surreal experience; it's brought me closer to my peers on campus and closer than I've ever thought to the Lindsborg community. Everywhere I go, I meet someone new who already knows my name."
