Central Joins National Effort to Raise Awareness of Human Trafficking

On January 11, 2023, students and staff at Central Christian College of Kansas participated in #wearblueday, a national initiative aimed at raising awareness about human trafficking. This is an issue that impacts communities across the country and the world, and Central is committed to taking a stand against it.

According to Dr. Lara Vanderhoof, Chief Academic Officer at Central,

At Central, being involved in initiatives like this aligns with the college’s mission, vision, and Core4 values. Central strives to offer a Christ-centered education that equips students to transform the world, and being engaged in efforts to combat human trafficking is one way that students and staff can live out this mission.
